Track Options for an On-Campus Mass Communication Major
The track requirement is waived for transfer students who have completed an approved associate degree or certificate in a Mass Communication field. Specs@LTU: RCU mass communication students can fulfill their RCU mass communication track by spending a calendar year at Specs@LTU in Southfield, MI, in one of the following: Broadcast Media Arts, Digital Media Arts, or Graphic Communications. Instructor approval is required, and conditions apply.

Digital Media Arts Track 29 hours
A Digital Media Arts Track is available through Specs@LTU.
Graphic Communications Track 29 hours
A Graphic Communications Track is available through Specs@LTU.
Film Production Track 29 hours
A film production track is credited to students who have completed the Motion Picture Production program at the Motion Picture Institute (MPI) prior to starting at Rochester Christian University.
Electives 17 - 19 hours
Taking an 18-hour minor is recommended or several micro-credentials is recommended.
