School of Business and Technology
The Rochester Christian University School of Business and Technology includes programs in accounting, business psychology, computer information systems (degree completion), digital marketing, financial planning, information systems and cybersecurity, management, marketing, nonprofit management, sport management, and strategic leadership.
Students in the School of Business and Technology have the opportunity to customize a degree that meets personal and professional goals. All students have the option of using their elective hours to complete a certificate. Several programs also have students select a vocational emphasis within their major. Vocational emphasis options are listed below.
Management: 12 credits in an approved arts or science department, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, marketing communication, or strategic leadership.
Marketing: 12 credits in an approved arts or science department, digital marketing, media writing, or professional sales.
Nonprofit Management: 12 credits in an approved arts or science department, Christian ministry, early childhood studies, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, marketing communications, public administration, science-environmentalism, social work/human services, sport management, strategic leadership, or theater.
Sport Management: 12 credits in esports and gaming administration.
The faculty within the School of Business and Technology prepare students for professional achievement and ethical service in an environment that embraces a theology of business.
