MCM 4035 TV Field Production 5 hrs. UD
In this course, you will use the knowledge and skills you have gained throughout your time at Specs Howard. You will write, produce, shoot, and edit to create your own videos from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to film off campus in Southeast Michigan, conduct interviews, shoot B-roll, and create video features such as entertainment, sports, or PSAs. Working on these projects, you will come to understand how critical speed and deadlines are in the broadcast industry. By the end of this course, you will have created a demo reel that you can present to prospective employers and post online. PR: acceptance into the Mass Communication degree with a Broadcast Media Arts track, offered through an articulation agreement with Specs@LTU.
