9.7 Disposition of Campus Assets and Property

Campus assets determined to be excess should be processed in accordance with these guidelines:

  • Notify a supervising administrator of excess assets.
  • Review office goals and plans for possible future use.
  • Provide memorandums to the Vice President for Finance & Operations to allow campus-wide review of available assets.
  • If no current or future campus use is identified, dispose of property as instructed by the Vice President for Finance & Operations.

Employees are not permitted to take any campus property or assets home without proper approval.
