9.7 Disposition of Campus Assets and Property
Campus assets determined to be excess should be processed in accordance with these guidelines:
- Notify a supervising administrator of excess assets.
- Review office goals and plans for possible future use.
- Provide memorandums to the Vice President for Finance & Operations to allow campus-wide review of available assets.
- If no current or future campus use is identified, dispose of property as instructed by the Vice President for Finance & Operations.
Employees are not permitted to take any campus property or assets home without proper approval.
