THL 6053 The Holy Spirit and Leadership
This capstone course provides an integrative framework for students to synthesize their theological, biblical, and ministerial coursework into a comprehensive thesis or applied ministry capstone project. Students engage in rigorous theological reflection and reflective praxis, evaluating their personal growth, leadership trajectory, and ministry practices. Through guided research, peer feedback, and mentored evaluation, students construct a contextualized strategic model or research portfolio that addresses a critical issue within modern ministry, demonstrating mastery across the applied theology curriculum and readiness for executive-level leadership or advanced academic pursuits.
