THL 6043 The Holy Spirit and Leadership
This course explores the person, work, and presence of the Holy Spirit in relation to Christian leadership, spiritual formation, and ministry effectiveness. Students analyze the biblical pneumatology of the Old and New Testaments, investigating how pneumatological dynamics—such as spiritual gifts, divine guidance, empowerment, and discernment—shape leadership praxis. Emphasis is placed on cultivating a Spirit-led leadership posture, fostering spiritual vitality within ministry organizations, navigating corporate spiritual dynamics, and developing practices that integrate theological reflection on the Spirit with practical leadership responsibilities.
