THL 5873 The Holy Spirit and Leadership

This course explores the person, work, and dynamics of the Holy Spirit in relation to Christian leadership, spiritual formation, and organizational effectiveness. Students examine the biblical pneumatology of the Old and New Testaments, investigating how pneumatological themes—such as spiritual gifts, divine guidance, empowerment, fruit of the Spirit, and discernment—shape ministry praxis. Special focus is given to cultivating a Spirit-led leadership posture, fostering spiritual vitality within ministry organizations, navigating corporate spiritual dynamics, and developing practices that integrate theological reflection on the Spirit with practical leadership responsibilities.
