Financial Planning, BBA*

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Planning prepares graduates with a blend of business fundamentals and financial planning knowledge needed to serve as expert resources in investing, saving, and money management. This program can be completed fully online, or through a combination of online and seated classes.

The program provides readiness preparation for graduates to sit for board certification and can be completed fully online or through a combination of seated and online classes.

  1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: Graduates will be able to analyze financial statements, investment portfolios, and other financial data to assess the financial health of individuals and organizations. (Exploring, Preparing)
  2. FINANCIAL PLANNING AND CLIENT SUPPORT: Graduates demonstrate proficiency in the financial planning process, including gathering client information, setting financial goals, developing a financial plan, and monitoring progress. Graduates are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate financial advice and services. (Exploring, Preparing, Integrating)
  3. PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT: Graduates will engage in the professional community by forming relationships among students, faculty, business professionals, professional organizations, and community partners, while using their skills in service of God’s world.
