3.4 Nondiscrimination Policy

Purpose

To preserve a work environment that is free from unlawful discrimination.

Scope

This policy applies to all faculty and staff of the college. It also applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to: hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, transfer, leave of absence, compensation and training.

Policy
