PSA 3033 Sales Leadership and Technology
Examines the leadership and technology skills required to manage a professional salesforce. Students will explore salesforce structure, recruiting and training salespeople, compensation and motivation systems, and performance evaluation. In addition, students will gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics dashboards, including applications of AI in forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationship optimization.
