PSA 3023 Strategic Persuasion and Deal-Making

Students will develop advanced communication and negotiation skills to succeed in professional sales and business environments. Emphasis is placed on buyer psychology, adaptive communication, objection handling, and cross-cultural negotiation strategies. Using simulations and case studies, students will practice creating win–win outcomes and building long-term trust with clients. AI-powered tools for analyzing buyer behavior and negotiation strategies will also be explored. PR: PSA 3013
