PSA 3013 Professional Sales Foundations

Students will be introduced to the principles and practices of professional selling with an emphasis on relationship-building, needs analysis, and ethical decision-making. Topics include prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering persuasive presentations, overcoming objections, and closing the sale. Through role-play exercises and a sales simulation, students will gain practical experience managing customer interactions and sales pipelines. Course fee.
