SPL 5383 Sport Law and Risk Management
Covers legal concepts and risk management and their application to sports. Common issues of risk management in sport programs are explored to protect the sport organization and its employees and participants. Consideration of constitutional requirements, tort law, and state and federal laws as they relate to the various elements of the sport industry and its leaders and participants are presented.
