SPL 5013 Organizational Behavior

Examines the nature of individual and group employee behavior in a work environment and how  it affects a sport organization’s performance. Emphasis is placed on the use of theories as  conceptual leadership tools for analyzing and solving personnel problems and focuses on topics  such as motivation, rewarding behavior, stress, conflict, power and politics, job design, organizational structure, decision-making, communication, and organizational development and change.
