Focuses on the national and international perspectives on sport policy and governance and explores sport governance as the system through which leaders direct and administer sport. Includes a study of the mechanisms through which sport policy guides decision-making at the macro-level in the formal and systematic implementation of sports programs in a community, region, or nation.
