SPL 5003 Principles of Leadership in Sport
This course examines contemporary leadership principles and concepts used throughout the sport industry and various sport organizations. Students will learn skills necessary to be an effective and efficient visionary leader regarding communication, motivation, and decision-making while developing the skills to lead, organize, and delegate in administrative and leadership positions.
