12.3 Housing Policy for College Employees

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish the priorities in housing assignments on campus as it relates to college employees.

Policy

The highest priority is to house our students, followed by other anticipated college needs for space. Should all student and other college needs be adequately met, space will be available to lease to employees. All housing commitments will be for a period of no longer than one year, with an expiration date no later than July 31 for each year. NO commitment of Palmer space should be made without discussing the total space needs of the college with the administrative team.
