Management, BBA

The BBA with management major prepares students to achieve a high level of success in the business world.  Management students benefit from a broad base of accounting, economics, marketing, and management curriculum.  Our management students are well prepared to pursue employment after graduation or continue toward an MBA or other graduate program in the business discipline.  

Our students are required to participate in an internship when they reach Junior or Senior status.  Our students are also encouraged to choose electives such as a foreign language or a minor to further enhance their marketability.

Program Learning Outcomes

    3) PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION: Professional graduates communicate effectively by preparing and delivering oral and written presentations using appropriate technologies.

    4) PROFESSIONAL and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Professional graduates align personal and organizational conduct with ethical and professional standards that include vocational understanding of responsibility to God, self, organization, community, and the world.

    5) MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS: Professional graduates assimilate integrated marketing communications and consumer-driven research concepts, systems and tools to obtain, evaluate, and disseminate information to be used for marketing decisions.

    6) INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS and HUMAN RESOURCES: Professional graduates demonstrate understanding of diversity, law, and best practices in human resources to effectively recruit, select, train, and retain employees.
