Strategic Leadership (Accelerated Program), BS
The strategic leadership program explores the complex nature of leadership in modern organizations that require leaders to be competent, creative, flexible, and forward-thinking. Students investigate the importance of understanding diversity, ethics, and organizational values in decision making as well as the theoretical foundations and practical behaviors and processes that promote positive leadership and organizational growth.
The leadership program is designed to prepare students for leadership careers in complex organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors of an increasingly global economy and diversified workplace.
