Evaluates patterns of political, social, religious and economic development in the Developing World: the non-Western societies and states located in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Regional case studies focus on flashpoints within each realm and possible solutions to contemporary issues. PR: Sophomore status or departmental approval required.
