MKT 3023 The Customer Journey: Email and Automation

Students will learn to design and implement targeted email campaigns that align with customer lifecycle stages. Topics include segmentation, personalization, automation, and CRM integration. Students will apply AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Projects include developing a multi-step automated campaign within an email marketing service. Course fee. PR MKT 2503.
