Thesis Data Collection and Analysis

Collection or analysis of thesis data can begin only after the thesis proposal has been approved in writing by the thesis committee and the graduate faculty advisor, and IRB approval has been obtained. Pilot data can be collected beforehand (with appropriate IRB approval) and may be described in the report. The thesis committee chair is to be consulted throughout the data collection, analysis, and write-up of the thesis.
