MA in Clinical Psychology Program

Total Coursework Required for M.A. Program (Including Clinical Practicum) = 42 Credits 

Students will be admitted as a cohort, enrolling in the same classes over the course of their graduate work together. Students will be matriculated over each of their first two years, attending courses beginning in the Fall, then Spring, and then Summer. Students will get an approximate three week break in August. The coursework for this program is rigorous and it is expected that students will comply with the work they have contracted to be a part of.

Course Requirements for the MA in Clinical Psychology Program 

Successful completion of the program requires students to complete the following: 

  1. All MA-Clinical Psychology curriculum courses at a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. 
  2. Satisfactory practice evaluations in clinical practicum. 
  3. Approval and successful oral defense of thesis. 
  4. No more than two courses with a grade of C or less. 
  5. A student may not repeat a class more than once. 
  6. Remain in good standing to graduate. 
  7. A student must satisfactorily complete all requirements within six years of being admitted into the graduate program.
