Global Educational Opportunities (GEO)
Our world is increasingly connected, but it is also troubled by misunderstandings. For this reason, it is important for students to engage with other cultures and perspectives. Each academic year, Rochester Christian University undergraduate students are offered several opportunities for this kind of experiential learning. They may participate in a full semester program that is based in Vienna, Austria, or they can choose from short-term options. The short-term options vary from year to year, and may include trips to Uganda, the United Kingdom, Central America, the western United States, and other locations. Some of the opportunities come with academic credit, and some do not. Fees for GEO trips (in addition to tuition) vary from trip to trip and from year to year. For more information about GEO, contact program director Dr. Keith Huey at khuey@RochesterU.edu.
