LDR 1053 Personal Leadership in a Learning Environment
Through the use of self-assessment inventories, active discussions, and reflective assignments, students will develop an understanding of their individual learning styles and leadership skills needed to succeed in higher education. To equip students, the course curriculum is divided into three parts: (1) why college matters, (2) exploring leadership potential, and (3) exploring learning strategies.
