RCU Online Programs Payment Options

Personal Payment

Students must have any prior balances on their accounts settled before beginning the registration process for a future semester or academic year. Full payment or the first installment of the payment plan is due on the semester due date (Monday before the first day of the semester). Failure to make payment will result in students being dropped from classes. Please refer to the Payment and Paperwork Policy listed under the Financial Aid Section of the catalog for more information. Students will not be permitted to register for a subsequent semester or receive a copy of their transcripts until their payment status is current.

Semester Payment Plan

Students who are unable to pay the full amount due at the time of registration are offered the semester payment plan. Students pay one-third of the total semester bill, after deducting financial aid credits, and the remaining two-thirds in two equal monthly payments due on the dates indicated below. A fee is charged per semester for use of the payment plan, and students may be charged a late payment fee if payments arrive after the due date. The payment plan option may not be available to students who have a history of late payments or to students who have had a previous Rochester Christian University account placed with a collection agency.
