HCM 3603 Health Care Operations Management

This course introduces students to the daily aspects of operational management within hospital or clinical settings. Attention will be given to aspects that affect the delivery of health services including: operational challenges, using data to analyze processes and inform effective decision-making, improving operations, as well as managing staffing and financial obligations. PR: HCM 2303 and HCM 3013.
