ECS 4653 Leadership and Administration in Early Childhood
Analyzes and implements leadership and decision-making strategies in a professional setting. Focuses on the characteristics of leadership, and the implications of both effective and ineffective leadership for organizations that serve young children. Students will develop a grant proposal for their early childhood program.
