Institutional Learning Goals

The EPIC learning goals guide each student's academic journey at Rochester Christian University and support the mission by empowering students to lead lives of personal and professional significance. EPIC stands for Exploring, Preparing, Integrating, and Calling. The EPIC learning goals, detailed below, provide a framework for all curricular and co-curricular offerings at Rochester Christian University. Furthermore, Rochester Christian University uses these learning goals to continuously evaluate and improve programs through ongoing assessment of student learning. Through these goals, students continually engage with God's world, gain experiences, knowledge, and skills, and develop pathways to purpose and meaning. The result of this work is well-educated and compassionate graduates who can change their lives and the world for the better.
