BIO 3513 Cell Biology
This course will focus on the chemistry and biology of cellular life at the sub-cellular level, focusing on the eukaryotic cell. Includes review of the basic chemical interactions that underlie life, the cell membrane and processes associated with the membrane, the cytoskeleton, protein transport, cell signaling, and the cell division cycle. May also include the details of transcription and translation. PR: BIO 1013 and BIO 1011; BIO 3324.
