BIO 1134 Topics in Modern Biology with Lab
An issues-based examination of the basic concepts of biology, covering the core content of a college biology course at a level appropriate for non-majors. Topics to be discussed include science ethics, human genetics, classification of organisms, variation and diversity, nutrition and health, infectious diseases, and others. Students who earn credit for BIO 1134 cannot earn credit for BIO 1013, BIO 1011, or BIO 1024. Course fee.
