BIB 3323 Urban Ministry in the New Testament
This course explores the growth and development of early Christianity within urban environments of the Roman Empire and the implications of that for contemporary ministry. Some topics explored are the importance of the city in the Roman Empire and in biblical theology, issues of economics and social status, and Christian conflict with and engagement of Greco-Roman urban culture.
