MGT 4723 Leadership Seminar
Students explore contemporary leadership theories and analyzes, develops, and implements leadership and decision making strategies for "real world" situations. The course will focus on the characteristics of leadership, the manner in which communication impacts leadership effectiveness, and the implications of both effective and ineffective leadership for organizations. This course serves as a capstone course for the Organizational Leadership and Communication program for assessment purposes. AL only.
