BIO 3334 Exercise Physiology

Basic physiological concepts as they relate to exercise and human performance, with emphasis on cardio-respiratory systems. Includes muscle contraction mechanisms, circulatory and respiratory adjustment during exercise, and nutrition for physical activity. Includes a laboratory component. Prerequisite(s): BIO 1013 and BIO 1011; BIO 2123 and BIO 2121.
